New charges against Rudakubana broke last night, accusing him of possessing terrorist material and producing ricin.

Speaking to Mike Graham, Truss said: “I would find it extraordinary that he did not know what was going on. If you think, these materials were found in the suspect's house - that must have happened fairly soon after the appalling atrocity that took place in Southport.
